This track (and moreso "Hash") possibly define the "astral dub" sound they were creating. The aching microtonal string melody that fades in around 6:14 still gets me every time. So far ahead of their time.

Identity Theft returns with his best spell of emotions from this cryptic operator of the Northwest. Spanning dissection table electro minimalism of "Outdoor Warning" that's come from clear understanding of the lineage, to the gas release ambience of "Room 253" and "Remain", this is my favorite piece in his prolific output over the years within the Katabatik ecosystem. A must for all fans of suttle and thoughtful electro and ambient.
